Equip the binoculars and aim at the person you want to shoot. Holster the binoculars and equip any weapon. Do not move your targeting after aiming. Shoot, and you will hit the target as if you had used the sniper rifle.    Faster actions While using the fibre wire, using anesthetic, or changing clothes, press [Map] twice to complete the action instantly.    Running knife attack Change to first person view and use the knife.
